With over a decade of leadership experience, I’ve built my career on a foundation of education, leadership, innovation, and dedication to delivering high-quality results—whether in construction management or eCommerce development. After years of managing large-scale projects and refining my skills in estimation, logistics, and leadership, I founded Eric Pershing, LLC in 2020. My past experience has taken me from overseeing multi-million-dollar construction projects to serving in military operations overseas, where I learned the value of discipline, problem-solving, and working under pressure. EP, LLC currently operates above three divisions:

Peak Gear. A division of Eric Pershing, LLC, specializes in information technology (IT) hardware asset resale, helping businesses recover maximum value from their end-of-use technology. We provide a strategic multi-channel resale approach, ensuring refurbished IT equipment reaches the right markets for optimal returns. EDGE, Construction Management & Estimations. EDGE is the construction arm of my business, providing expert project management and construction estimation services. With years of hands-on experience in the field, I have developed a keen understanding of the construction process, from initial design to final inspection and can deploy worldwide to assist any project. I’ve managed projects across a wide range of scopes, consistently delivering on time and within budget.
