My background
I understand what happens after the plan leaves the desk.
My construction background includes excavation and site development estimating, field operations, and project support on work in Colorado and Wyoming. I've developed quantities and budgets, examined scope and production assumptions, and worked through the questions that arise when plans meet site conditions.
I've also run a landscape division with more than 20 people. Keeping crews, materials, equipment, schedules, and customers aligned taught me how quickly small gaps in information can affect the day. That operational perspective shapes the way I document a change, review a quantity, or organize a project backlog.
